Small rocks and wedding cake

This is an ongoing series about the book Love Does by Bob Goff. I am exploring each chapter and sharing a few of my thoughts.

Chapter 8 – Wedding Cake

Inside this chapter, you find layer after layer of beauty. Bob shares the story of he and Sweet Maria’s wedding reception. And the story of a fallen wedding cake full of gravel.

And as Bob always does, he takes his personal story to illustrate a bigger story about broken people. “It has always seemed to me that broken things, just like broken people, get used more; it’s probably because God has more pieces to work with.”
